If you have chosen to upload your bank statements via open banking and encounter the issue shown in the screenshot below, we would advise you to return to your application the following day.

When using open banking, some bank statements can take a while to upload. Please be assured that we refresh the open banking connection hourly, so your statements will upload to your application as soon as possible.
