If you have saved your recovery codes, you can input one of them by clicking on ‘use a recovery code’ underneath the login button.
If you haven’t got your recovery codes saved from when you first set up two factor authentication, we will need two forms of ID in order to temporarily disable two factor authentication on your account.
Please send an email to email@example.com explaining your issue, with the following attached:
- A photo of your passport or driver's licence
- A photo of your student ID or a screenshot of you logged into your student platform where your name and email are visible
